Body Transformation: Figure Competition 10 WEEKS out

10 weeks out.
The lighting sucks, but it was the best that I could find
and I accidentally cut off the end. whoops

On another note, I work out my shoulders 2x a week, and my quads 1. I’m not new, they are just taking longer to build. I don’t ignore them. Jesus Christ.
