Cauliflower “Mashed Potatoes” Recipe!

Recipe:
1 head of cauliflower
1 tsp of garlic
3 tbs of nutritional yeast
Salt & Pepper –after trying the potatoes, I would recommend adding a little more salt, maybe 1/2 – 1 tsp.
1/2 cup of cottage cheese

1. steam the cauliflower
2. add steamed cauliflower and all other ingredient in a blender.
3. blend
4. EAT!
