HIIT stands for “High Intensity Interval Training”. You perform a movement with high intensity for a period of time with a period of rest in between. Hiit routines are often shorter than the average workout because they burn so many calories and you burn more calories in the day (even when you’re not working out).
The exercises in this workout are done for 40 seconds with 20 seconds rest in between.
Some of the movements are old favorites and some of them I made up. Hope you enjoy. Happy Calorie burning!
