There are many exercises out there for abs and many of them are great at targeting the abdominal muscles. The issue for some people though is that a lot of these exercises require that you be on the floor. I know that EVERYBODY can’t get down on the floor so this workout is a standing abs workout. You can stand up the whole time and still feel a burn in your belly.
*To feel it even more keep your core tight throughout the routine.*
