TABATA is a way of doing Hiit (high intensity interval training). It usually consists of 8 rounds of high intensity exercises done in specific interval or 20:10.
This full body workout is in true tabata style with 20 second on 10 second off intervals.
It WILL have you sweating. You WILL feel it! You will burn calories while doing this workout and you will continue to burn calories throughout the day. You work hard for 20 seconds and only have a short 10 second rest in between. I only added low music because the background noise was bothering me. Feel free to mute the sound and use your own music. Whatever gets you in the mood.
